As the church administrator, you are the beholder of all the answers. People come to you asking where to give, how to sign-up, how to watch, when events are happening, etc. Answering questions like these is important because it helps your church members know what to do and how to do it. Often, however, the answer to these questions ends up being a list of different links, GoogleDocs, and in-person forms. Wouldn’t it be a beautiful day if you could send one link to everyone who asks you a question? Praise be! That day has come by using church software integrations.

When you have a question, where's the first place you look for an answer? When you're looking to find something in your community, where do you start? When you want information, where do you look? If you're answer to any and all of these questions isn’t the Internet, then we don’t know who you are. Seriously, think about it! Can you remember a time before the Internet made it quick and easy to find the things you’re looking for? Do you even know someone who owns a phone book anymore? If you aren’t asking Google or Siri, you just aren’t finding it these days. That’s why having a website is essential for a startup church (or really any church for that matter). The good news is if you’ve made it this far then you probably already knew that. Congratulations- you’ve already won half the battle! And creating a website with Clover makes winning that half of the battle simple and easy. But if having a website is only half the battle for you as a church plant, what’s the other half? Reaching your audience!

So you’ve decided to make the switch to online giving for your church? Great! In the digital age, there’s no better way to make giving easy and accessible to your people than to take it online. But just as with any change in operations at your church, some people in your congregation will jump right in while others will be somewhat hesitant or skeptical. Maybe you have some members who signed up to give online, but aren’t actually doing it yet. Or maybe you have a number of regular tithers who haven’t taken the step to submit their information online. Or maybe you just have a large percentage of your congregation who haven’t signed up online at all. No matter your situation, your church depends on the gifts and tithes of its people so it’s important that you get all of your congregation on board with online giving. And we’ve created this resource to help you do just that! Rather than wonder how to communicate with your people about the switch—what to say and how to say it—we’ve created sample scripts designed to help you as a church leader communicate clearly and efficiently to your people about how they can make the switch to online giving.

They are intentional moments in your church service, and we've already done lots of the hard work for you and created seven scripts for you to use.
