One of the hardest parts about church office leadership is figuring out how to build, manage, and maintain your team.

In other words: how do you lead your church team well?Whether your team consists of just ten people or is made up of hundreds, the need to lead and manage them well is great. They’re the people who help make your ministry happen. They’re the ones working hard everyday alongside you to see your church grow and thrive. They’re helping you lead the people in your congregation, and that’s why it’s so important to not lose focus on leading them as well.

A mismanaged team creates chaos, dysfunction, and conflict in your office. Are those three words you want to describe the tone of your team?

We didn’t think so! The Clover blog team to the rescue! :) We have some of the same concerns in our own offices. And we've pulled together some great articles to give some guidance and inspiration.
