It's been a month since the launch of Clover Donations (crazy how fast that went by), and the response has been way bigger than we expected! We have over 800 churches and non-profit organizations who have already signed up for Clover Donations, and aside from a few magazine ads and conferences, we really haven't started advertising yet. You guys have really been the ones spreading the word, so thank you!
In the midst of all this growth, we've realized that we are a little short-staffed. With now having 2 products out in the world, we have basically doubled the amount of development and maintenance that needs to be done. So, it's time for Clover to start hiring again! Here are the positions we are hiring for:
Developer(s): We are looking for an amazing web developer. Someone who has a razor-sharp eye for detail and design, is forward-thinking, and wants to work on a great creative team out here in Southern California. Specifically, we're looking for someone who is passionate about HTML/CSS, and is an expert at both backend and frontend web development (we work in PHP, MySQL, HTML, JS, and CSS; Flash is not a requirement).
Project Manager/Producer: Someone who can help manage the development of all our projects at once, and help schedule and provide assistance to the development team. With all the projects that are constantly happening in different stages and with different people, we need someone who knows how to keep a team moving efficiently. This person should also be great at QA (Quality Assurance) and testing.
If you think either of these positions might be a fit, shoot us an email at email@example.com, and we'll send you a more detailed job description.
Just so you know, we have an amazing team here at Clover. We have people who work hard, love our customers, and get to see the immediate impact of their work as we launch products or updates to now over 8,000 clients at a time. Not to mention, our office is pretty sweet.
Know too, that we highly value face-to-face development... Which means, you'll have to relocate (or already be living) in beautiful, perfect-weather-all-the-time, Southern California. Bummer.
So if you think you might be a fit for our team, hit us up! We'd love to have you be part of the next season of making beautiful products for the church (and the world).
